What Are AI Enablers?

AI Enablers are a curated set of 52 capability cards designed to accelerate, enhance, or transform activities already mapped on the A2A board.

Once a team completes its strategic alignment (Goals, blockers, strategies, and activities), it can use AI enablers to ‘Fast Forward’ progress by applying AI to selected actions.

Each card includes:

A generalised AI capability (e.g. ‘Predictive Analytics’, ‘Workflow Automation’)
A short summary of what it does
Key benefits
Potential risks
Example use cases to spark discussion

How It Works in Gameplay

1. Complete the core A2A board game to establish strategic goals, drivers, and aligned activities.

2. Introduce AI Enablers. Players select activities they want to accelerate or scale using AI.

3. Each AI card can be applied to a relevant strategy, blocker, or activity.

4. Discuss Value vs Risk. Teams explore how AI could help and where caution is needed.
